These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Proposal App (the "Service"), provided by Elshad Seyidzade ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a general baseline for an early-stage product and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Proposal App is a tool for managing commercial proposals, customers, and product/service catalogs for small and medium businesses. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company you register.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, or disrupt the Service's normal operation.
You (and your company) own the customer, catalog, and proposal data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of it and use it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may currently be offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, you will be notified in advance and any fees will only apply going forward, never retroactively without your consent.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
